Can I trust your company?
Slomski Numismatics specializes in buying precious metals, coins, and antique banknotes. Its owner, Mr. Slomski, has been active in the numismatic sector since 2010 and guarantees transparent policies and personalized service to each client.
Do I need to provide proof of my identity?
Yes. In accordance with current legislation, we are required to verify the identity of our customers using a passport or identity card. This data is stored exclusively within our company and is protected against discrimination.
Do you pay in cash?
Currently, we only accept payments by bank transfer. This secure payment method guarantees complete transparency of transactions. We also anticipate that, in accordance with European regulations, bank transfer will become the primary payment method in the numismatic sector from 2027 onwards.
What is the payment deadline?
The transfer should arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
How much will I receive for the parts I sell?
Our prices are displayed on our homepage. Avoid companies that do not publish their buyback prices: this means their prices are not very attractive to the customer.
Are the prices up to date?
Yes, the prices on our website are updated automatically every 15 minutes. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the transaction, when the parts are in our possession.
How much does it cost to appraise my parts?
The estimate is free and without obligation. The final decision is yours.
Can I cancel and get back the parts I sold?
Unfortunately not. The transaction is final.
Do I need to make an appointment for the transaction?
No, you can come and see us without an appointment during our opening hours.
What are your opening hours?
From Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Do you apply VAT?
No, our company does not collect VAT. Please check with your accountant to see if you are subject to VAT in your country of tax residence.
